Data we collect

  • Inquiry form fields: name, email, selected lesson type, optional experience level, and message content
  • Booking correspondence: preferred times, watchlist notes you choose to send, payment references
  • Technical logs: basic server or host logs (IP address, timestamp, pages requested) as provided by our hosting environment
  • Cookie-related data as described on our Cookies page if you accept non-essential cookies

We do not ask for brokerage passwords, identity document scans, or full account statements through the website form.

Purposes

We use data to respond to inquiries, schedule lessons, deliver session summaries, process refunds where applicable, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations.

Where Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) applies, we process data for contract performance (booking and delivering lessons), legitimate operations of our studio, and consent where required (for example, non-essential cookies).

Retention

Inquiry messages without a booking are typically retained up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized. Booking and invoice records are retained as required for accounting and dispute resolution, generally up to 7 years. Server logs follow host retention defaults, often 30–90 days.

Sharing

We use processors such as email providers and web hosts to operate the site and communications. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect legal rights.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside Taiwan, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law. You may ask which processors are in use for your request.

Your rights

Subject to the PDPA and other applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact hello@logicnerve.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese authority.

Children

Training is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 through this site.

Updates

We may revise this policy by posting changes here. Material changes will be reflected by an updated page date where practical.
