Refunds and cancellations
Scope
This policy applies to paid technical analysis training with Logic Nerve Digital: private swing chart planning sessions, weekly chart review calls, and small-group markup workshops. No goods are shipped from this site, and no software subscriptions are sold.
Eligibility window
Refund requests should be sent to hello@logicnerve.digital or by phone at 02-29874422 within 14 days of payment if the lesson has not yet occurred, subject to the conditions below.
Full refund
A full refund is available when:
- You cancel a private session or review call at least 48 hours before the scheduled start, and no session has begun
- A workshop is cancelled by us (for example, instructor illness or insufficient enrollment)
- We cannot provide the confirmed lesson and no suitable alternative time is agreed
Partial refund
If you cancel a private session between 48 and 12 hours before start, we may retain up to 50% of the fee as a preparation and scheduling charge, and refund the remainder. Within 12 hours of start, fees are generally non-refundable except at our discretion for documented emergencies.
Non-refundable items
- Lessons already delivered (including partial delivery after you arrive late)
- Deposits explicitly marked non-refundable on a workshop confirmation when the seat could not be refilled
- Printed materials already produced for a bilingual workshop packet after the production cutoff stated in the confirmation
No-shows
If you miss a confirmed private session or call without notice, the fee is forfeited. You may request to apply a portion toward a future session at our discretion; this is not guaranteed.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a private session once without charge if you give at least 48 hours’ notice and an alternative slot exists within 30 days. Further reschedules may be treated as cancellations under the partial-refund rules. Workshop seats can be transferred to another person you nominate if we are notified at least 72 hours before the event.
Work already started
Once a live session begins, that session fee is earned. If technical failure on our side prevents completion, we offer either a resumed session at no extra fee or a pro-rata refund for unused time.
Purchased materials
Worksheets included in a lesson fee are part of the instruction. Separately purchased printed packs, if ever offered, are refundable only if unopened and returned within 7 days as stated on that invoice.
Deposits
Workshop deposits secure a seat. If you withdraw more than 7 days before the workshop, the deposit is refundable. Inside 7 days, the deposit is retained unless we fill your seat from a waitlist.
Process and timing
Email hello@logicnerve.digital with your name, lesson date, and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank timelines may add several days.
Exceptions
Mandatory consumer protections under Taiwanese law prevail where they grant stronger rights than this policy.
