By accessing logicnerve.digital or booking lessons with Logic Nerve Digital, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase training.

Services described

The site describes technical analysis training focused on swing trade chart planning: private sessions, weekly review calls, and workshops. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement begins only when we confirm a booking in writing (email or message) and you accept the stated fee and time.

No investment advice warranty

Training discusses chart markup and planning habits. It is educational. We do not provide personalized investment advice as a licensed advisory service, do not manage trading accounts, and do not guarantee trading results. Markets involve risk of loss.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate contact details when inquiring. You are responsible for decisions you make with your own capital after a lesson.

Intellectual property

Curriculum outlines, plan templates, worksheets, and site content belong to Logic Nerve Digital unless otherwise noted. You may keep materials provided for your personal use after a paid lesson. You may not resell, republish, or teach our worksheets as your own course without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site (attempt to disrupt servers, scrape content at scale, or submit abusive messages). We may refuse service where use is abusive or unlawful.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), Logic Nerve Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including trading losses arising after training. Our aggregate liability related to a paid lesson is limited to the fee paid for that lesson, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our training services, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of material changes where permitted by law.
